EU Consumer RightsAny service description is subject to inspection of the garment, its construction, fabric, condition, and the requested fit or redesign. A final scope can only be confirmed after assessment, and some concepts may be limited by the existing material or construction.
EU CommissionPrices for custom projects are confirmed only after review of the garment and design requirements. Where supplementary materials are needed, they may be quoted separately. A deposit may be requested before work begins, and any remaining balance is due on collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Alteration and remodelling services are provided with reasonable care, but no exact fit, silhouette, or invisible repair is guaranteed. Matching materials may not always be available, and repaired areas may remain visible depending on wear, damage, and fabric limitations. Cleaning, stain removal, dyeing, and specialist textile cleaning are not included unless separately confirmed.
